    You can track your order by going to our View Order page or by logging into your account. Keep in mind, our View Order Page is only to track items that are shipped by UPS. Tracking numbers are not available untill 24 hours after you have placed your order.   7. Who can buy office products from Supply Brothers?

    Anyone can order office products from Supply Brothers! While a login name and password are not required to order, we do give you the option to register a login account with us. In your account, you will find many features such as: past invoices, tracking, re-ordering options, and more.

  8. Do you accept Purchase Orders on Net Terms or checks?

    Supply Brothers does accept purchase orders and will grant net terms accounts to qualifying businesses and organizations. You can request a credit application by emailing us at through our Contact Us Form. Please select "Net Terms Request" on the drop down tab.

    Fortune 1000, Government/Municipal, & Accredited Educational institutions are welcome to fax their purchase orders directly to: (201) 300-4310.(Please note that all Purchase Orders faxed to Supply Brothers represents the buyer's intent to purchase specific quantities of product at specified prices. In the event of non-payment, Supply Brothers can use the PO as a legal document in a court of law to demonstrate the buyer's intent and to facilitate collection efforts. Furthermore, we have the right to accept or decline any purchase order we deem necessary).

  9. Are my orders secure?

    To protect our customers against credit card fraud, we provide secure online ordering using advanced encryption and industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Our site uses a Thawte SSL123 Certificate. Our certificate is located in the bottom right hand corner of our website. We encourage you to check our certificate. You must have a browser that supports SSL (i.e. Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer, or FireFox) to order from us online.

  10. What is your Shipping and Returns Policy?

    Supply Brothers strives to fulfill your order and get it to you within 1-3 business days. Most items will ship with UPS, DHL or Federal Express.  For freight and larger items that cannot ship by UPS/Fedex, a freight carrier will be used.  Please allow 3-5 business days for freight delivery. Shipping charges vary by the amount, size and/or weight of items in your shopping cart. Your shipping charge will be reflected in the cart when viewed.  Please understand, non-stock items, special orders, or special circumstances may take several weeks for delivery.

     

    For residential & business orders shipped by common carrier, normal delivery is to curbside or loading dock and not inside the home or business. This service does not include in home delivery or set up. Should you need inside delivery, the freight company may assess additional charges. Customers are responsible for any such charges.

    Supply Brothers delivery policy

    • An estimated delivery date will be provided after your order is placed.  Expected delivery times for each item are based on orders placed before 5 p.m. local time, pending credit approval and product availability
    • Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 5 p.m. local time Monday through Friday, will be processed the following business day
    • These dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, and the items you order
    • Our service includes delivery of goods to the front door, or to a loading dock. If you require additional service, please call customer service to arrange. Additional fees will apply
    • Supply Brothers' web site is operated within the continental US, for customers within the US, and therefore do not ship or bill to international addresses. Supply Brothers delivers to street addresses (not P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO) in the continental US only
    • Items may arrive in more than one shipment

    Supply Brothers Returns and Exchange Policy

    Authorized returns will be accepted at the discretion of Supply Brothers. Customers have 48 hours to notify us after receiving a damaged or non-working item. Undamaged merchandise must have been purchased within the previous 30 days and be returned in a resalable condition. Opened or partially used merchandise will not be accepted for return credit.
    Products must be in original packaging (include a copy of the invoice). Please call or email us for a return (RA) number.  No packages will be accepted without an RA.  After inspection and acceptance, credit returns may be subject to a restocking fee. All freight expenses incurred are to be paid by the customer. No credit will be issued on freight, handling charges, or special fees.

    No returns on custom or special orders, and close-out items. All accepted product(s) that is not within Supply Brother's policies will be returned to the customer, freight collect, or held for a customer issued call tag. Supply Brothers will not be responsible for unclaimed product(s) left over 45 days.

    All refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of Supply Brothers. We will facilitate and assign the responsibilities for each party on returns and exchanges. If the customer has no responsibilities, then a full refund or exchange can be made. If both the customer and Supply Brothers share responsibilities, then the refund / exchange will be apportioned accordingly. Customers are responsible for any costs incurred by Supply Brothers to fulfill your order (i.e. shipping, labor, etc.). The company is responsible to deliver the correct item in a working condition to the customer.

  11. Can I get a discount if I order large quantities of an item?

    Yes! Buying office supplies and office products in bulk will save you money. To obtain a price quote simply email us through our Contact Us Form, and select the "Quotes Request" on the drop down tab.

    Please include the sku number of the office products and the quantity you would like to purchase. (Only applies to individual items that exceed $500.00 or more, not orders totaling $500.00)

  14. How do I return an Item?

    You can return or exchange your order by filling out our Contact Us Form (Select the "returns" button from the drop down menu). Be sure to include your name, phone number, purchase order number, the product(s) you purchased, and the reason for wanting to return or exchange your item(s). Once we have reviewed your request, a representative will get back to you as soon as possible.

  16. How do I cancel my order?

    To cancel an order please email us through our Contact Us Page and select the "cancel order" on our drop down menu. Orders cannot be cancelled once processed and sent to the warehouse for shipment. Such orders can be returned once you have received it.
