What is your Shipping and Returns Policy?
Supply Brothers strives to fulfill your order and get it to you within 1-3 business days. Most items will ship with UPS, DHL or Federal Express. For freight and larger items that cannot ship by UPS/Fedex, a freight carrier will be used. Please allow 3-5 business days for freight delivery. Shipping charges vary by the amount, size and/or weight of items in your shopping cart. Your shipping charge will be reflected in the cart when viewed. Please understand, non-stock items, special orders, or special circumstances may take several weeks for delivery.
For residential & business orders shipped by common carrier, normal delivery is to curbside or loading dock and not inside the home or business. This service does not include in home delivery or set up. Should you need inside delivery, the freight company may assess additional charges. Customers are responsible for any such charges.
Supply Brothers delivery policy
- An estimated delivery date will be provided after your order is placed. Expected delivery times for each item are based on orders placed before 5 p.m. local time, pending credit approval and product availability
- Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 5 p.m. local time Monday through Friday, will be processed the following business day
- These dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, and the items you order
- Our service includes delivery of goods to the front door, or to a loading dock. If you require additional service, please call customer service to arrange. Additional fees will apply
- Supply Brothers' web site is operated within the continental US, for customers within the US, and therefore do not ship or bill to international addresses. Supply Brothers delivers to street addresses (not P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO) in the continental US only
- Items may arrive in more than one shipment
Supply Brothers Returns and Exchange Policy
Authorized returns will be accepted at the discretion of Supply Brothers. Customers have 48 hours to notify us after receiving a damaged or non-working item. Undamaged merchandise must have been purchased within the previous 30 days and be returned in a resalable condition. Opened or partially used merchandise will not be accepted for return credit.
Products must be in original packaging (include a copy of the invoice). Please call or email us for a return (RA) number. No packages will be accepted without an RA. After inspection and acceptance, credit returns may be subject to a restocking fee. All freight expenses incurred are to be paid by the customer. No credit will be issued on freight, handling charges, or special fees.
No returns on custom or special orders, and close-out items. All accepted product(s) that is not within Supply Brother's policies will be returned to the customer, freight collect, or held for a customer issued call tag. Supply Brothers will not be responsible for unclaimed product(s) left over 45 days.
All refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of Supply Brothers. We will facilitate and assign the responsibilities for each party on returns and exchanges. If the customer has no responsibilities, then a full refund or exchange can be made. If both the customer and Supply Brothers share responsibilities, then the refund / exchange will be apportioned accordingly. Customers are responsible for any costs incurred by Supply Brothers to fulfill your order (i.e. shipping, labor, etc.). The company is responsible to deliver the correct item in a working condition to the customer.
