Return Policy

Please note: Supply Brothers will only accept returns that are authorized by Supply Brothers. Each return will be issued a Return Authorization Number and Shipping Address, which will need to be displayed on the front of the package.

Return Policy
Supply Brothers offers a 30 day money back policy, but some restrictions may apply. If the customer is at fault and ordered the wrong product, or changed his or her mind about the product purchased, he or she will be subject to a restocking fee. Perishable items are non-returnable.

Please fill out our 'Contact Us Form' below for a Return (RA) Number. Supply Brothers will provide you with a Return Authorization number and shipping address once we have processed your request. No packages will be accepted without an RA. After inspection and acceptance, credit returns may be subject to a restocking fee. If customer is at fault, all freight expenses to return an item(s) are to be paid by the customer.

Please include the following information on our Contact Us Form.

  • Order Number
  • Item(s) being returned
  • Reason for return
  • Contact name and phone number

Damaged Items
All Authorized returns will be accepted at the discretion of Supply Brothers. Customers have 48 hours to notify us after receiving a damaged or non-working item. Any damaged items must be returned within 30 days of original delivery in order for Supply Brothers to issue credit or to reship a new item.

Undamaged Items
Any undamaged office products and office merchandise must have been purchased within the previous 30 days of your order date and must be returned in a resalable condition. Opened or partially used merchandise will not be accepted for return credit. Products must be in original packaging. If the customer is at fault and ordered the wrong product, or changed his or her mind about the product(s) purchased, he or she will be subject to a restocking fee

Close Out Items or Special Orders
No returns on custom or special orders, and close-out items.

Food Items
No returns on perishable items, unless damaged or defective.

Supply Brothers Disclaimer
All refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of Supply Brothers. We will facilitate and assign the responsibilities for each party on returns and exchanges. If the customer has no responsibilities, then a full refund or exchange can be made. If both the customer and Supply Brothers share responsibilities, then the refund / exchange will be apportioned accordingly. Customers are responsible for any costs incurred by Supply Brothers to fulfill your order (i.e. shipping, labor, etc.). The company is responsible to deliver the correct item in a working condition to the customer.  Supply Brothers will not be responsible for unclaimed product(s) left over 45 days. Perishable items such as food, water, etc. are non refundable.
