Supply Brothers offers free delivery on orders with a subtotal of $65.00 and over. Yes, this includes office furniture! Orders with a subtotal less than $65 will only be charged a flat rate of $9.95. See below for more details on our free shipping:
- Free delivery on office products, furniture, and business supplies is for anywhere in the Continental U.S. (This excludes Hawaii and Alaska).
- Free shipping applies only to Ground orders. Any expedited shipping requests, special shipping instructions or inside deliveries may be accessed additional charges.
- Ground shipping is free for delivery to a freight dock or front door deliveries. Any inside delivery, setup, installations, etc. will be an additional charge. If you require additional service, please email customer service to arrange. Additional fees will apply.
- If a customer is not available for delivery, or provided incorrect shipping information, any second delivery attempts, storage fees, etc., will be charged to the customer.
- Supply Brothers delivers to street addresses (not P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO).
Expected Delivery Times
- Stocked items and office produts are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note, freight items and special orders may take up to 5-7 business days.
- Supply Brothers strives to fulfill all of your orders as quickly as possible. Please note, from time to time, highly allocated items may result in backorders. If your order is backordered, you will be notified by email with estimated time of arrival when available.
General Shipping Terms
All non freight items will ship UPS ground. Supply Brothers strives to fulfill UPS ground orders within 1-2 business days. For freight and larger items that cannot ship by UPS, a freight carrier will be used. Please allow 4-7 business days for freight delivery. Please understand, non-stock items, special orders, or special circumstances may take several weeks for delivery.
For residential & business orders shipped by common carrier, normal delivery is to curbside or loading dock and not inside the home or business. This service does not include in home delivery or set up. Should you need inside delivery, the freight company may assess additional charges. Customers are responsible for any such charges.
Supply Brothers Delivery Policy
- An estimated delivery date and UPS tracking number will be emailed to 24 hours after your order is placed. Expected ground delivery times for each item are based on orders placed before 2 p.m. local time, pending credit approval and product availability.
- If a customer is not available for delivery, or provided incorrect shipping information, any second delivery attempts, storage fees, etc., will be charged to the customer.
- Our service includes delivery of goods to the front door, or to a loading dock. If you require additional service, please call customer service to arrange. Additional fees may apply.
- Supply Brothers' web site is operated within the Continental US, for customers within the US, and therefore do not ship or bill to international addresses. Supply Brothers delivers to street addresses (not P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO) in the Continental U.S. only.
- Items may arrive in more than one shipment.
